Page Six reported yesterday that Mike Myers is in talks to turn "Austin Powers" into a Broadway show.

Mike Myers wrote and starred in the series and will be very involved in the book for the musical, though he won't be performing in it.

Movies have always been one of Broadway's biggest sources for material.

Sometimes it's a hit, as in "The Lion King," and other times it's a huge, huge miss... if they could turn back time, would anyone say yes to making "Spider-Man" again?

WINNER: Hairspray -- Featuring Harvey Fierstein in drag, "Hairspray" opened in 2002, won eight Tony Awards, and inspired a film adaptation of the musical adaptation of the original film.

LOSER: Urban Cowboy -- Remember when the 1980s flick "Urban Cowboy" became a musical? No? That's because it closed in 2003 after only 60 performances and tons of negative press.

WINNER: Spamalot -- The musical adaptation of "Monty Python and the Holy Grail," which opened in 2005, was a smashing success on Broadway, taking home three Tony awards, including the award for Best Musical of the 2004-2005 season. It ran on Broadway for 1,500 performances and grossed over $175 million.
